How do i join GYMIT Bidford?

I don't know where to start... can i get help?

We're all here to help at GYMIT, come on in and speak to a team member and we'll go through everything with you. All members can have an induction, exercise programs made for you to follow and a 1-on-1 personal training session... And of course, we don't expect you to just get on with it. We're always on hand to provide help and advice. For extra guidance, personal training is available.

How much does Personal and/or Small Group Training cost?

Our Personal Trainers set their own rates and all work on a self employed basis. Contact any of our Personal Trainers via the website or in club. They're wanting to help as many people as possible to reach their fitness goals. Always happy to help, from advice and tips or to having some 1-on-1 time to help you get to where you want to be. Just ask.

Do i get an induction?

Yes. All members and PAYG users get an induction upon their first visit. This is to show you our facilities and gauge what you goals are. Also the boring bits regarding parking.

Where do i park and is it free?

Firstly... it's free parking! During office hours 8-5, please park in spaces against our building wall or roller shutters. Outside of these times our neighbours have thankfully allowed us to use their spaces. Please be mindful of our neighbours and other car park users at all times. It's a busy estate and we wish you to stay safe and also not to upset our neighbours. Thanks in advance.

How do i cancel my membership?

SUPER SAVER's are unable to cancel their membership, unless within the 14 day cooling period from the day they signed up. After 14 days, the 12 month contract is in place. This SUPER SAVER lower monthly membership and £0 joining fee was created for those who wish to stay loyal to their fitness commitments, and we just wish to reflect that with our policy and helping those members out.

If you are on any other membership type and you're thinking about leaving GYMIT, please email with any details and requests. Memberships will be cancelled after 30 days of GYMIT receiving a cancellation request in writing, If within 30 days, next months payment will still come out. Of course, you'll always be welcome back should you leave and we offer several memberships to help you based on your commitment. We like it in writing just so there is some confirmation we and you can refer to.

Can i freeze my membership?

Yes, for £10, you can freeze your GYMIT membership for up to 3 months. Please just email us to contact@gymitbidford.com. Freezing your membership rather than cancelling keeps your monthly price locked in should we increase prices in future, also, you won't be charged a joining fee again should you choose a membership that includes one.We like it in writing just so there is some confirmation we and you can refer to.

Do you do corporate/business deals?

If you're a business owner or responsible for employee perks please email us at , give us a call on 07714315342 or come in club to discuss. We want a healthier village so the more we can help out the better. A healthier workforce is a better one right?
